I am running thief deadly shadows in win 7 and on a dell Inspiron 560 MT and every time it loads a new mission or area it keeps dropping to the desktop and then going back to the loading screen again, no error messages appear either. The game runs and plays fine but is there any way to stop this irritating problem, it also happens on Deus Ex 2 made by the same developer.Thief deadly shadows keeps going to desktop while loading missions is there any way to stop this?
Try running it as an administrator, then run it under windows xp, or windows 98 compatibility.
